SZS Performance

Our SZS Performance Classes are small group training sessions, specifically designed to improve physical and cognitive performance, strength, speed, reaction, and recovery time. Our classes are led by Lauren Glorvigen, who is a highly experienced strength and conditioning coach.

*SZS Performance Winter 2023 Session 

Description: Winter SZS Performance sessions will combine strength, speed, endurance, reaction, agility, & balance  training with both a sport specific & functional fitness focus. Athletes who consistently commit to showing up & completing all 18 sessions will significantly improve their strength, body control, speed, as well as their confidence for better mental & emotional adaptation on & off the field.

Times/Groups

  • 5pm – Preliminary (8-10 athletes)
  • 6pm – Intermediate (8-10 athletes)
  • 7pm – Advanced (6-8 athletes) 
  • 8pm – Advanced (6-8 athletes)

55-60 minutes ea. 

Cost

  • Single Session Drop Ins – $32.00 per athlete 
  • Preliminary – $435.00 per athlete 
  • Intermediate – $460.00 per athlete
  • Advanced – $475.00 per athlete
