Savannah Romero
Savannah played for St. Louis Park High School and was an All-Conference selection as a pitcher and voted team MVP in her senior year. Savannah entered her college career at Bethel and transferred to St. Scholastica to finish out.
Savannah Romero grew up in St. Louis Park, MN. She played club ball for Game Changers and Clutch Hitters. Savannah continued her academic and softball careers at the collegiate level and played for Bethel University and The College of St. Scholastica.
Savannah played for St. Louis Park High School and was an All-Conference selection as a pitcher and voted team MVP in her senior year. Savannah entered her college career at Bethel and transferred to St. Scholastica to finish out. In the final months leading up to Savannah’s senior college season, Savannah was mentored by SZS Co-Owner Sara Moulton.
Savannah recently finished her college softball career at the College of St. Scholastica in 2023 and graduated with a degree in Communications-Media Studies and minored in Spanish and Photography. Aside from playing the game of softball Savannah has a strong passion for coaching. She has been a club ball coach since the fall of 2020. She has coached several club teams at different age levels, including the Minnesota Whirl and Clutch Hitters. She is currently the head coach of the 16U Clutch Hitters team.
Savannah has been part of our Strike Zone Sports instructor team for one year. She has been giving individual and group pitching lessons to all ages. Savannah has a strong passion for instructing, and has a good eye for making quick adjustments, helping the pitchers she works with dive into their full potential.
**Cancellations MUST be made 24 hours prior to the lesson to avoid being charged.
**A catcher or parent catcher must be provided to catch the lesson.
**Please provide own glove and tennis shoes or turf shoes (NO CLEATS).
**Payment is to be made in cash or a check made out to Strike Zone Sports LLC.
