Does Strike Zone Sports accept online payments?
Strike Zone Sports only accepts online payments for summer camps. All lesson payments are due at the lesson, in the form of cash, check, or Venmo.
What is the refund policy?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a client cancels within the 24-hour window, they will be charged the full price of the lesson, unless there is an emergency.
GENERAL FAQ
When does the lesson schedule open for online registrations?
The online lesson calendars are set to show 30 days open at a time. Each passing day, a new day will open in the 30-day window, if the instructor is working on that day.
Do all SZS coaches teach the same?
YES! Our entire staff follows the same curriculum designed by our Owners. Each SZS staff member is required to go through a mentorship training program before they give their own lessons.
Do pitching lessons need a catcher present?
No! A catcher is no longer required to catch our pitching lessons. Pitchers without catchers will throw into our 9-hole pocked catch net.
What do clients need to bring to lessons?
Strike Zone Sports does not provide individual equipment for lessons. Clients are responsible for bringing tennis shoes or turf shoes, gloves, facemasks, bats, helmets, and catching gear.
We do NOT allow cleats to be worn in our facility!
