Lauren Schellhammer will be a 2028 grad from Lakeville South High School, where she has played varsity softball since 7th grade. As a freshman this spring, Lauren earned all conference in the tough South Suburban Conference as well as Defensive Player of the Year.

During club season, Lauren plays for Catalyst. Her team travels to many out of state tournaments to challenge themselves against tough competition (CO Sparkler, Alliance Winter Championship in AZ, Top Gun Invitational in KC, AFCS in Indiana, and more). In Lauren’s last tournament of the season, she helped her team to the Elite 8 of the Alliance Fastpitch Championship Series. Facing the best competition of the season, Lauren had 2 no-hitters, 30.1 IP, 39 strikeouts, ERA of 1.615, WHIP of 1.088, and a .179 BAA.

Lauren started pitching at 8 years old. She is a two-time USA Softball All American and was selected as an All American in this summer’s Colorado Sparkler Tournament. She has been mentored by multiple great pitching coaches, including former University of MN Gopher greats, Sara Moulton and Autumn Pease. Lauren looks forward to helping little girls dream big and achieve their goals.
